Box to Beyonce’, Twerk to Tyla + Squat to Swiftie! We take the best beats and fuse easy, fun dance moves to create a full body work out. The lights are off, and the DJ is loud, all fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join us, as we just have 4 moves to each track and alternative moves if you want to take it lower.
