We are happy to offer exchange, credit or offer a refund, for online orders within 14 days from purchase if an item is faulty. We only provide exchanges for change of mind or size. Sale items however are final sale, and are unable to be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange, for wrong decision or change of mind. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned goods – except in the case of faulty goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To qualify, the following conditions apply:
- You ordered directly from The Jungle Body online store.
- Item/s must be unworn or used.
- Item/s is in original clean condition and packaging.
- Send us an email email@example.com with subject line ‘Return & include the invoice number’. Wait for a response and we will give you directions to post your item. If you post your item back to us without our response, you will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible if items are lost in transit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or Pay-Pal account that you paid with. The time it takes to show in your account once processed may differ depending on the bank.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you are exchanging items, you are required to send us an extra suitable postage bag. Alternatively you’ll need to pay for the postage before the new item can be shipped.
Faulty items (if applicable)
We pride ourselves with providing high quality products to match the service we provide you. Faulty items can only be returned to us if they were purchased from our online store. Items purchased anywhere else must be returned there. If you receive a faulty item please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org so we can guide you through the return process and resolve the issue promptly. Please note we will need photos to show the defect/fault to assist with resolving the issue efficiently.
Sale items (if applicable)
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
- Gift Cards are an online voucher that is sent out via email. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH AFTERPAY?
You can return your Afterpay purchase for an exchange, or via post for a refund if faulty. Just make sure your return meets our Policy.
WHAT IF I CAN’T PAY AN INSTALMENT?
If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a $10 late payment fee by Afterpay with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment is still unpaid. Please see Afterpay terms and conditions here.
WHAT CARDS DOES AFTERPAY ACCEPT?
Afterpay currently accepts Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards issued in Australia. Unfortunately Afterpay does not accept any prepaid cards or foreign debit/credit cards.
WHEN WILL MY FIRST PAYMENT BE CHARGED?
All new Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. You will no longer be considered a ‘new’ customer once you have fully paid off your first order and 6 weeks have passed since you placed that order. For online orders under $500 placed thereafter, your first payment will only be deducted 2 weeks after your purchase and your last payment deducted 8 weeks after purchase. For all orders over $500, your first payment will always be deducted at the time of purchase.
