Shipping Policy

Destinations

We only ship to Australia and the UK.

Postage

All orders will be dispatched via standard post within 1-5 business days of placement.

Delivery typically takes an additional 1-7 business days, depending on the courier service.

If you would like to opt for express shipping, please email info@thejunglebody.com for assistance.

Rates

Australia: Flat rate of $10 AUD (1-7 days) using Australia Post.

United Kingdom: Flat rate of £6 GBP (1-7 days) using DPD.

The Jungle Body reserves the right to change shipping rates and carriers without prior notice, including offering discounts or waiving rates at any time.

Customs & Duties

Please note that customs delays, taxes and duties may apply based on your country.

The Jungle Body cannot be held responsible for these charges.

It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any applicable taxes or duties upon delivery.

Once an order has been booked and packed, we cannot redirect or cancel shipments.

This is the best way for people to recognise the brand and also get your advertising out there for gree on your body.

Our Core range is always available to buy, which includes basic tees, tanks, caps, booty bands and more.

Our Label Affiliate Program is another way to earn money. You get a 10% discount code to give to your members (you can also use yourself) and every sale that comes from those orders gives you a 10% commission. When that commission reaches $100, it will be deposited to your bank.

The more you rep the brand and your unique code, the more money you earn.

 How to Sign up:

  • Go to thejunglebodylabel.com
  • Click AFFILIATE DASHBOARD at the top menu board.
  • Hit "Register" and add in all of your details, then go right ahead and log in. Note your social media name is going to be your code.
  • Click on "Connect Your Bank" - this is going to then give your commission a place to go when you reach $100 which is the payout threshold.
  • Time to start earning. In the referral tools, you will have your code to give out, plus a specific link that will automatically add your code to people’s orders if they click on it.

Refund & Exchange Policy

About

We are happy to offer exchange, a credit or a refund, for online orders within 14 days from purchase if an item is faulty.

We only provide exchanges for change of mind or size.

Sale items however are final sale and are unable to be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange, for wrong decision or change of mind.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned goods – except in the case of faulty goods.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To qualify, the following conditions apply:

  • You ordered directly from The Jungle Body online store.
  • Item/s must be unworn or used.
  • Item/s is in original clean condition and packaging.

Then simply:

  • Send us an email at info@thejunglebody.com with subject line "Return" and include the invoice number.
  • Wait for a response and we will give you directions on how to post your item.
  • If you post your item back to us without our response, you will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
  • Please note returns due to change of mind can not occur outside of Australia.

If you are shipping an item over $75 AUD, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are not responsible if items are lost in transit.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account that you paid with.

The time it takes to show in your account once processed may differ depending on the bank.

Exchange

If you are exchanging items, you are required to send us an extra suitable postage bag.

Alternatively you’ll need to pay for the postage before the new item can be shipped.

Faulty Items

We pride ourselves with providing high quality products to match the service we provide you.

Faulty items can only be returned to us if they were purchased from our online store.

Items purchased anywhere else must be returned there.

If you receive a faulty item please contact us info@thejunglebody.com so that we can guide you through the return process and resolve the issue promptly.

Please note we will need photos to show the defect/fault to assist with resolving the issue efficiently.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are online vouchers that are sent out via emails.

They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift cards cannot be refunded.
