What is it: A 1 hour KONGA workout with founder Tara Simich set the theme of PROM NIGHT. Expect group/partner dances, streamers, punch & everything in between!
Who can come: Anyone & everyone! Bring your partner!

Dress code: It’s prom night, so raid your closets or hit up the opshop for retro treasures and join us for a killer 1 hour workout followed by an epic after party!
Mega Class: Think active flares, puffy sleeves, comfy ball dresses, roller disco shorts, fully teased hair, sequins & glitter – go big or go home! Don't forget your sneakers for the workout and get ready to strut your stuff for a chance to win prizes for the best-dressed! Our playlist is PACKED with retro jams + new beats that’ll have you grooving all night long. So lock in your outfit (coz there’s prizes for prom king/queen), tell your party people and let’s make some memories on the d-floor.
Afterparty Disco: The tunes don’t stop, our DJ will be spinning beats for another hour so you can freestyle dance the night away with your besties, there may even be a Grease Lightning battle!!!

Box to Beyonce’, Twerk to Tyla + Squat to Swiftie! We take the best beats and fuse easy, fun dance moves to create a full body work out. The lights are off, and the DJ is loud, all fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join us, as we just have 4 moves to each track and alternative moves if you want to take it lower.
